Adegoke [ah-deh-GOH-keh] is a licensed Washington, DC dispensary on Rhode Island Avenue NW, a few minutes on foot from Dupont Circle and Logan Circle. We stock cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates and more from licensed DC producers, and we are open seven days a week for in-store shopping, curbside pickup and delivery.

Rosa and Jume have the best customer service ever!!!! Very knowledgeable about the flower that’s being sold and also guided me on the laws of DC dispensaries. Definitely come check them out. Washington, DC runs a registered medical cannabis program. Registration is simple, and for DC residents it is free.
DC residents can self-certify online through the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration at abca.dc.gov. There is no doctor visit, no medical records requirement, and no qualifying condition for adults aged 21 or older who self-certify. Most people complete the form in a few minutes and receive a temporary digital registration the same day. That temporary registration can be used immediately for up to 90 days while the application is reviewed. Once approved, the full registration is valid for two years, making this a relatively infrequent renewal step.
Visitors can register on a short-term basis through ABCA, including options ranging from a few days to a full year. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If you are in town for a conference, a weekend or a single day, there is an option sized for your stay.
DC recognizes valid medical cannabis patient registrations from 38 U.S. states and territories, as well as the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians in North Carolina. View ABCA’s official reciprocity list before your visit.
Bring your valid out-of-state medical cannabis card and a government-issued photo ID. Eligible reciprocal patients can purchase from a DC-licensed medical cannabis retailer without completing an additional DC registration.
Everyone shopping with us must be 21 or older, and we verify ID at the door on every visit.

Our location on Rhode Island Avenue NW is where several Northwest DC neighborhoods meet, making us a convenient stop on the way home or between meetings. We are a short walk from Dupont Circle and its Red Line station, and Logan Circle is a few blocks east along the same avenue.

We also serve Shaw, U Street, Adams Morgan, Mount Pleasant, Columbia Heights, and the downtown and Foggy Bottom business districts.

Yes. Washington, DC licenses medical cannabis retailers, and Adegoke Dispensary is one of them. The Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration regulates licensed dispensaries and are the sole compliant place to purchase cannabis in the District.
You register with the DC medical cannabis program, which DC residents can do online at no cost through abca.dc.gov. You then shop at a licensed dispensary, showing your registration and a valid photo ID. Anyone shopping must be 21 or older.
You need a DC registration. Residents self certify online with no doctor visit, visitors can register on a short term basis, and cardholders from reciprocal states can shop with the card they already have.

Registered patients can purchase up to 8 ounces of medical cannabis in a rolling 30-day period. Rolling matters here: The window calculates the 30-day limit based on the date of your purchase. A large purchase on the 28th will count against your limit for the subsequent 30-day period. The same 8 ounce limit applies to DC residents and visiting patients. Adegoke is open Sunday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
